How can I Add Users/Contacts?
If you would like to ensure that other employees at your facility are able to receive notices about sampling opportunities and manage your facility profile online, please feel free to add them by logging in and going to the Account Information Tab, then to the Other Contacts page.

How do I Increase my Profile Score?
Keep your profile pages updated and complete to increase your Profile Score. You will get the most points for filling out the “Who You Serve” and “Facilities and Programs” tabs but a profile score of 100% will help us find the best sampling programs for your facility!

How do I Enroll in a Sampling Program?
When we have a sampling program available, we will notify you about the opportunity to enroll in the sampling program via email. You can then login to the web site and you will see the program on your dashboard. Just click on the image and answer the application questions that are displayed on the page! You can login any time and check for new promotions, update your profile and provide feedback.

How Do I Provide Feedback After a Sampling Program?
You will have a notice on your dashboard that will remind you to give feedback. On the promotions page, you will see green buttons next to the feedback type you still need to provide. Click on each green button and fill out the quick survey to get credit for your feedback. You will get credit for uploading your photos if you submit them via the web site as well. Monitor your feedback score on the left side of the page; try to earn 5 stars on every program and increase your chances of receiving future sampling programs! 

How do I More Than One Location at a Time?
Yes! If you have another facility you would like to manage through the same login, simply email us with the other facility name and we will link you to it. Next time you login, you will be able to choose which facility you would like to manage and can easily switch between them.
