Membership Enrollment

Welcome to ActiveRewards! You receive sampling programs based on the preferences you select on the appropriate enrollment form under "Facility" or "Event." Please choose the form that best suits your organization.

Facilities

Facilities include health and fitness clubs, community centers, golf courses and other establishments where promotional programs may run for a period of a week or longer because people use the facility on an ongoing basis.

Example Facilities Include:

▪ Community Centers like YMCA

Events

Events include sporting events and activities, day/sports camps, league or team tournaments and other organized gatherings with active participants and/or spectators. These events may occur periodically, seasonally, throughout the year or on an annual basis and may take place at different locations each time.

Example Events Include:

▪ Youth & Adult Sports Activities, Leagues and Teams
▪ Tradeshows and Conferences
▪ Camps
