Facilities include venues such as health and fitness clubs, community centers, golf courses and other places where promotional programs could run for a period of a week or longer because people use the facility on an ongoing basis.

**Fitness Rewards members do not need to fill out an enrollment form.

Events include sport related events and activities, day/sports camps, tournaments for leagues or teams and other organized gatherings with active participants and/or spectators. These events may occur periodically, seasonally, throughout the year or on an annual basis and may take place at different locations each time.
