How It Works

As a member of ActiveRewards, you will receive notification about our exclusive offers. Once we receive an opportunity that we feel is the right fit for your members or participants, we will contact you with the details. Participating in the offer is 100% your choice – there’s no obligation. If you choose to participate, we’ll take care of all the details.

Step 1: Enroll in ActiveRewards

Step 2: Receive New Promotion Information
ActiveRewards will contact you before each ActiveRewards promotion with specific program information (type of samples, program dates, etc.). You review the offer and decide whether or not your organization would like to participate. If there are certain products you would rather not receive, we will not send you the samples. It's that simple!

Step 3: Review Promotion Details & Receive Product
Prior to each program, you will be notified of your program approval status and samples will be shipped to your organization for free. Each program is different and may contain: program manual, poster, table easel, banner, and other promotional materials to help support your program. A prize drawing may be included to add even more excitement!

Step 4: Create a Great Promotion
Get your members or participants involved! Distribute the samples to individuals at your organization or event during the promotion timeframe.

Step 5: Send Us Your Feedback
After the program, return the feedback form and photos. With every promotion, ActiveRewards provides a feedback form and asks for the organization to send back distribution photos. This is an opportunity to tell us what you think and influence future promotions.

* We cannot guarantee memberships to partners who do not have the ability to distribute a minimum of 200 product samples or promotional items.
