What is ActiveRewards?
ActiveRewards provides free product samples and premium give-aways to organizations and events to help increase participant satisfaction, attract new members and promote an active lifestyle. Recent programs include Goody StayPut™ Hair Elastics, Snickers Marathon® Energy Bars, Clairol Herbal Essences and Starbucks. Over 25,000 facilities and event coordinators use ActiveRewards to get quality products for their participants and members.

How do I sign up for ActiveRewards?
The easiest way to sign up to be an ActiveRewards partner is to register here at Active-Rewards.com. Click Here or select the “Join Now” button on the bottom of this page to get started.

Who is eligible to be an ActiveRewards partner?
ActiveRewards benefits a variety of different organizations and events; however all of our partners have active participants or members that take part in their programs. To find out how your organization fits in as a new partner in the ActiveRewards program, please click on the How it Works page and learn more about the benefits for your organization type.

How do I find out about new promotions?
ActiveRewards will contact you via email before each program. The email will have specific info about the sampling opportunity which you review and decide whether or not your organization or event would like to participate. If you are a facility, the email will ask you to login to review your offer & you can easily sign up through your profile. Events do not login to the site or manage a profile but will be able to enroll in the sampling program online as well.

Do I have to pay for my ActiveRewards membership?
Premium membership levels are available for some organizations that were a part of our Fitness Rewards Program. Sampling programs are free to participate in but some facilities may qualify for priority enrollment with our ActiveRewards Plus Membership program. If you would like to learn more about premium membership levels, please contact us at info@active-rewards.com

Are ActiveRewards partners asked to do anything after receiving a promotion?
Once you opt-in to receive a sampling program, we just ask that you distribute the samples to individuals at your organization or event during the promotion timeframe. We always indicate any specific parameters during the program enrollment. With every sampling program, ActiveRewards provides a feedback form and asks you to send back distribution photos. This is an opportunity to tell us what you think and influence future sampling opportunities.

Are Fitness Rewards members part of ActiveRewards?
There are over 25,000 ActiveRewards partners, including former Fitness Rewards members. Over the past two years, all Fitness Rewards members were integrated into the ActiveRewards program which offers the same sampling and promotional benefits designed to attract and engage health-conscious and active individuals.

What is the Red Feedback Button?
We’ve set up a feedback forum so you can tell us what you think on each page of the site. Anytime you have an issue, question or idea, please feel free to click on the red Feedback tab on the left side of the screen & share your thoughts with us!

What is the Difference Between This Site and the Old Web site?
Now, ActiveRewards Facilities partners can login and manage sampling opportunities easily online. They can update a facility profile, earn points when for feedback and more with the new ActiveRewards Web site! Events also have a new enrollment form which will make signing up with ActiveRewards that much easier. With this site, we’re one step closer to providing the best & easiest sampling programs for you and your members & participants!

ActiveRewards Launches New Web site!

ActiveRewards has been offering sampling and promotional opportunities to facilities and events for over 15 years and now, our new Web site allows facilities to manage their own online profile! Events also have easier access to samples through our flexible event enrollment form.
